We start with a picture of the room/rooms being painted to properly move everything back to the right place after we are done with the painting.

All of the furniture is moved so that we have access to walls, ceiling and trim. We cover the floors, furniture and everything else that is not being painted with plastic and drop clothes. We remove the outlet plates before painting and re-install after the painting is completed. Walls and ceilings are sanded prior to painting. We use a dustless system during this step to reduce dust by up to 90%.

We apply 2 coats on every surface that we are painting. After everything is done, we cleanup and leave the house cleaner than it was. We are in constant communication with our customers to make sure everything is running smoothly and to achieve our goal of 100% customer satisfaction with the painting job.

Porpcorn Removal

The first step is to move all furniture out of the way, cover floors and everything that stays in that room. We use a dustless system to get rid of the popcorn ceilings (90% less dust). Everything goes into the vacuum. After the popcorn is entirely removed, we apply one coat of sparkle (skim coat) on the ceilings to achieve the smoothness that we are looking for.

Exterior Painting

The first step for exterior work is always power-wash carefully. After the house is clean and dry, we start covering everything that is not being painted like windows. driveway, sidewalks, plants, lights, etc.

The next step is looking for any repairs that need to be done. We have carpenters to do any wood repairs.

Peparation: After we have the house clean and the repairs done, we need to scrape loose paint, sand areas in need, do caulking, wood fillers, and primer to get the house ready for the final coating.

The last step is the application of the final coating. Most of the time we will be spraying exterior work unless it’s not possible.

We do paint stucco, siding, garage doors, widows, trim, doors, fascia, decks, porches, etc.

Cabinet Painting

We have a process to achieve the same final amazing product:

  • DEGREASE-Very important first step. Kitchens are always full of grease due to regular usage. We clean that thoroughly to get rid of containiment’s.
  • We take drawers and doors down, label them and bring to our shop for preparation and to apply the coatings.
  • Everything is sanded to smooth the surface and prepare for the primer.
  • A high-quality binding primer is applied with 1 to 2 coats. We do minor repairs on the doors, drawers and cabinet body between 1st and 2nd coat of primer to fill the grain properly.
  • After the primer is dry, we lightly sand it, vacuum the dust and use a tack cloth to entirely remove any dust that is left.
  • We apply 2 coats of our final coating. We only use products that are tested and accepted as cabinet coatings.
  • We always spray doors and drawers at our shop. We can spray or brush and roll the cabinet body.
  • We put everything back together, looking for any touch up and making sure that everything is right and cleaner than before.

Wallpaper Removal

Removing wallpaper is very tricky to do. Sometimes it is easy and sometimes hard. We have techniques that help get rid of wallpaper and start fresh.

  • The first thing is to protect the floors really well since the process is messy.
  • We remove the exterior layer first. That is usually waterproof so it needs to be scraped off.
  • After the external layer os off, we apply warm water, let it sit for a while and then remove the internal layer.
  • We prime the surface to seal the glue and avoid stains on the new project. We will often apply a skim coat on the entire wall to achieve a level 5 finish similar to new drywall.
